That reads 11 SEP/SEP 01 = 9/11/2001. What a creepy coincidence. And no, it’s not photoshopped. Here’s some trivia info from IMDB:
…his date of birth is the 13th of September 1971, the passport was issued on the 12th of September 1991 and will expire on the 11th of September 2001.

whoever is trying to create a “conspiracy” out of this, just has too much time on their hands and is making a big deal out of a simple coincidence.
